Yes, you will meet your cleaner before the initial clean so that a name can be given to a face and you can go over any details you deem important. If you are comfortable doing so, you may also leave your keys with the cleaners.

You are not tied into any contract , you can have a one off clean , weekly or fortnightly and you pay as you go

No all of our cleaners come fully equipped, however we do prefer to use our customers hoovers, due to some customers having pets and some not.
